Orders

How do I place an order?

Choose the product you want on our website and add it to your cart. Then follow the steps in the checkout process. If you have any questions, our support team is available at support@young-hustle.de.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because our products are often personalized, changing or canceling an order after the fact is difficult. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@young-hustle.de so we can check whether an adjustment is still possible.

Is there a minimum order value?

No, we do not have a minimum order value. You can also order individual items.


Personalized Products

How do I design a personalized product?

Choose the product you want and add text, images, or graphics. Make sure that the names, numbers, or graphics you provide are of high enough image quality to achieve the best print result.

Can I return personalized products?

Because personalized products are made specifically for you, returns are only possible if the item is damaged or defective. In that case, please contact our support team with photos of the defect.

How do I care for my personalized product?

Please follow the care instructions on the label or the product page. As a general rule, we recommend washing textiles inside out at a maximum of 30°C and not tumble drying them, to keep the print looking great for a long time.


Shipping and Delivery

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship within Germany and to Austria.

We do not offer express shipping.

How much does shipping cost?

Germany: free shipping

Austria: €6.95

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 4–6 business days within Germany and 5–7 business days to Austria. Please note that personalized products may have a longer production time.

What happens if I'm not home for delivery?

The carrier will attempt another delivery or leave the parcel at a nearby post office. You will receive a notification card with further information.


Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with invoice (via Klarna), instant bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.

Is payment secure?

Yes, we use SSL encryption to protect your payment data.


Returns and Right of Withdrawal

How do I return an item?

For non-personalized products, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies. Please contact our support team at support@young-hustle.de to start the return process.

Who pays for the return shipping?

The buyer pays return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


Customer Account and Privacy

Do I need to create a customer account to order?

No, you can also order as a guest. However, a customer account offers benefits such as faster checkout and access to your order history.

How is my data protected?

We take protecting your data very seriously. All information is treated confidentially in accordance with our privacy policy and not shared with third parties.
