General terms and conditions

Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via the online shop of Young Hustle (owner: Ahmad Adnan Abdulsahib) at the internet address https://www.young-hustle.de.

For the purposes of these terms, a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

The version of the terms in force at the time the order is placed shall apply.

Formation of contract

The product presentations in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to submit an order.

By clicking the “Buy now” button, you submit a binding order for the goods in your cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order takes place immediately after the order has been sent and does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.

We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email or by delivering the goods within five days.

The contract text is not stored by us. However, you can print the order data immediately after sending the order.

Right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal for non-personalized products

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for personalized products

For contracts for the supply of goods that are made to your specifications or clearly tailored to your personal needs, there is no right of withdrawal pursuant to § 312g (2) No. 1 BGB.

Prices and shipping costs

Prices

All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT.

Shipping costs

In addition to the prices stated, we charge shipping costs. These are clearly communicated to you again in the cart system and on the order page.

  • Shipping within Germany is free
  • For Austria, the shipping cost is €6.95

Delivery

Delivery area

Delivery takes place within Germany and Austria in cooperation with DHL and UPS.

 

Delivery times

The delivery time is generally:

  • 4–6 business days within Germany
  • 5–7 business days to Austria

Unforeseen delays caused by third parties (e.g. DHL, public holidays) are possible.
Express shipping is not offered.

Payment

Payment methods

We offer you the following payment options:

  • Klarna invoice & installment (via Klarna – Klarna’s terms apply)
  • Instant bank transfer (via Sofort GmbH – Klarna)
  • Credit card (Visa, MasterCard)
  • PayPal
  • Google Pay & Apple Pay (processing takes place via the respective payment service provider)

Note on Klarna payments

If you choose Klarna as your payment method, payment is made directly via Klarna.

Retention of title

The goods remain the property of Young Hustle until paid in full.

Warranty & liability

Warranty

The statutory warranty for defects applies.

 

Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body or health resulting from intentional or negligent breach of duty by us.

For other damages, we are liable only in the event of gross negligence or intent.

Dispute resolution

Online dispute resolution (ODR platform)

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
