Right of withdrawal for personalized products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and that are produced according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs (§ 312g (2) No. 1 BGB).

However, if a personalized product is delivered defective or damaged, you have the right to file a complaint within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To do so, you must document the defect by sending meaningful photos to support@young-hustle.com.

Please contact us before returning the item so we can clarify the complaint procedure with you.

After review you will receive either a replacement delivery or a refund.

If a replacement delivery has been approved and you subsequently still wish to withdraw from the purchase contract, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable amount for production and processing costs already incurred.

Right of withdrawal for non-personalized products

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Longship Commerce GmbH, Adam-Stegerwald-Strasse 34, 42857 Remscheid, Germany, email: support@young-hustle.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, although it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

  • The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
  • We will not bear the cost of returning the goods.
  • You will only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling that is not necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
