How does personalization work?
You choose your favorite motif and enter a name, number, or text. Before ordering you see a live preview — so it really becomes your design. After ordering, your piece is printed individually for you.
What materials and print quality do you use?
We use high-quality canvases, t-shirts, hoodies, and other print products. Printing uses digital printing in our German production facility. Note: with digital printing, colors may slightly differ from the screen preview — this is normal and not a defect.
How long does delivery take?
Since your order is produced individually for you, additional production time adds to the DHL shipping time from Germany (3-5 business days). You receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way. Free shipping over 60 EUR.
Can I return personalized products?
For personalized products, the statutory right of withdrawal is limited (§ 312g BGB / German Civil Code). For production defects or damages on our part, we naturally process the return free of charge — just contact us via our contact form. Please carefully check your inputs in the preview before purchase (typos, umlauts, special characters).
What payment options do I have?
We accept the secure payment methods offered at checkout. The exact options are visible during the payment process. All payments are processed via secure SSL connections.
Do I see a preview before purchase?
Yes, during personalization you see a live preview of your design. So you can check name, number, and position before ordering. Later changes with personalization are often not possible — take your time configuring.
